Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We understand this and are able to make special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we will call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.carecredit.com

Estimates and Deposits
Courtyard Animal Hospital will provide you with a written estimate should your pet need to be hospitalized with us. The estimate is not a guarantee of the amount of the final invoice, and the estimate amount could change as the doctor makes further recommendations. We will attempt to notify you if the charges will exceed the estimate amount and provide you with a revised estimate. You will be required to leave a deposit of 75%, prior to admitting your pet to the hospital, and the balance is due in full at the time your pet is discharged from the hospital.
This is our own private website. We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us. It's that simple! And we strictly adhere to this policy.
